Smarty is a file-manager program, but it's oriented to manipulate
long lists of files, mainly animations splitted in their
frames.

It features:

-Multiple file-selection methods.
-Sequence rename.
-Fast filecopying/moving (buffer configurable)
-Uses MUI (to me, a feature :-)
-File-Duplication.

-Copy/Move is now FAST (up to 4 times faster than v1.0)
-Uses the Locale.library (english, spanish & catalan catalogs supplied)
-Settings configurable via ToolTypes.
