NOTE:     Do you know any manager which can change icon type ? I don't !!!
          So I wrote small program which help as.

FEATURES: o 100% system friendly
          o small (3.5 kb) and fast 8)

          o uses only libs which are already in memory (dos, gfx, icon, intuition & gadtools)
          o usable from every configurable manager or cli

USAGE:    o template: FILE/A PUBSCREEN/K
          o dopus: IconType {f} PUBSCREEN=DOPUS.1
          o filemaster: IconType {f} PUBSCREEN=FM
