Some low-profile icons, pointers and palettes for
8-colour, high-resolution ("interlaced") Amiga
Workbenches. AGA is a good idea, too.

The icons are not MagicWB ones, but have their own
clean and Spartan look.

(Since I made this distribution I've actually re-worked
all the icons; they now have a more Workbench- and
MagicWB-compatible palette, and they don't look that ugly.
The RAM disk has a lightning bolt to indicate its
electronic/volatile status. I haven't had the time to
post them though :-(, so these are my old icons.)
