This is small and simple alt keys text converter like UniConv® or the same.
The main idea is fast & small code.
(May be resident for example on standart A1200)

USAGE: tat <source file> <dest file> <table file> [TURBO] [STRING]

Simple? :)
TURBO mode - uses 16bit convertion and will be usefull only with large files.
STRING mode - uses <source file> as string, convert and return it.
