UniDecode dient dazu, Unicode-kodierte Texte (und ähnliche) in normale
ANSI-Texte zu dekodieren. Dabei werden die Varianten UTF8, HTML-Entidy (wird oft
UTF7 genannt), HTML und URL-Encode unterstützt (genaueres siehe Dok).
