TextConv ist ein ASCII-Text-Konverter, der eine oder mehrere beliebig
große Dateien zwischen folgenden Format konvertieren kann:

Programmhistory:
V1.51d/e: Zweites offizielles Release im AmiNet
- CyberGuard- und EnforcerHit-frei
- Bug in der ASL-Requester-Verwaltung entfernt, der dazu
führte, daß TextConv beim Betrieb ohne FastRAM
gelegentlich abstürzte.
- englische Version
V1.50d: Inoffizielles Release, wurde auf Anfrage zugesandt
- nahezu komplettes Neuschreiben des Codes
- teilmodulares Konzept, Umwandlungstabellen als externe
Dateien
- Verwenden von Schreib-/Lesepuffer, daher
1) Größe der konvertierbaren Dateien nur von
Festplattenplatz begrenzt
2) Geschwindigkeitssteigerung auf das 5-20fache
- Implementierung der Atari-Konvertierung
- Schweren Fehler in Macintosh-Konvertierung behoben
(unkorrekte Zeichenumwandlung im ASCII-Bereich 127-255)

- Dynamische Speicherverwaltung, daher maximale Größe des zu
konvertierenden Textes nur mehr vom freien RAM begrenzt
- kleine Änderung der GUI, sodaß das gesamte Fenster auf 256
Pixel hohen Screens sichtbar ist
- Entfernung kleinerer Bugs (korrektes An/Abschalten der
Gadgets)
- englische Version
V1.00d: Erstes offizielles Release im AmiNet
