Ok. This here item is for Blue Ribbon's Patchmeister. I never actually
finished implementing all of the SysEx stuff, but it's very useful. It
can handle:

All Programs - Bank A and B programs
All Combis   - Bank A and B combis
All Sequence - All songs in memory
All Drums    - Some Drumkittage
Global Data  - Not that I ever needed it

It should work on any 01/W, be that the fd version, the rack version, or
whatever. However, watch out for the dump sizes - some 01's have more
memory than others. Get out your Patchmeister manual and do some editing.
I have personally used it on an 01/Wfd and an 01/RW.
