ViewTGA is a Targa image viewer for PICASSO II gfxboards.  It  handles
colormapped  images  (5, 8, 24 and 32 Bit palette), directcolor images
(8, 15, 24 and 32 Bit depth), compressed and non compressed images. It
also supports interleaving and upside-down line order.

Changes to 1.0:

           Now handles 15- and 16-bit images correctly.
