This is version 0.88, an update from 0.77.

Several files are included.

Play KiSS -224c and KISS/GS4 compatible player program.
Edit CEL  -A gui based, IFF->CEL conversion.
maptokcf  -Converts a .map file to .KCF file.
kcftomap  -Converts a .KCF file to .map file.
celtoppm  -Converts a .CEL file to a .ppm file.
ppmtocel  -Converts a .ppm file to a .CEL file.
makemap   -Creates a 16 color .map file using multiple .ppm files.


Requirements:

Kickstart 39 (OS 3.0)
Workbench 39 (OS 3.0)
2M CHIP+2M FAST memory is *strongly* recommended.

AGA chips (or equiv) for 256 color KiSS sets.

installed datatypes for Edit CEL program.
netppm archive for full conversion abilities.
Hard drive for full netppm usage.


These  programs  have  not  been  tested extensively.  Use at your own
discretion.

All  original  material  contained  within  by  Chad  Randall has been
released as PUBLIC DOMAIN.

No  usable  kiss  data  is  included.  You can find kiss data on these
sites:

venice.tcp.com:/pub/anime-manga/software/kiss/kissdata  (correct dir?)
ftp.netcom.com:/pub/mughi/Kiss/data                     (correct dir?)


New features for version 0.88:

o Now "caches" unused CEL's in FAST memory, if available.
o Right mouse button cancels dragging of an object.
o Supports a "modeid", and user screen dimensions.
o Pointer sprites have been tweaked a bit.
o Drag Strength added to support semi-fixed cels.
