	General Overview

	GIF_view  is a  program allows you to view  all images which
	data are  stored  by the  GIF format  as well as to  convert
	them into an IFF-ILBM file.

	Features:
	 - high speed and small amount of required memory.
	 - working on  PAL  system as well as  NTSC  ones.
	 - scrolling  and  overscan  to play with images bigger than
	   the screen size.
	 - use  of the  HAM  view-mode  to  match  colors.
	 - annoying  left  border  color  distorsion  avoided during
	   the HAM scrolling.
	 - option  to  force  high  resolution  rendering.
	 - fully settable time-out mechanism (background conversions
	   and "slide  show" applications).
	 - ability  to convert  GIF file  to  an equivalent IFF-ILBM
	   one.
	 - runnable only from CLI.
	 - it requires as  software  support the "arp.library".
	 - no  particular  hardware  is required.
