   - added support for CV64/3D's video overlay feature. It needs
     cgxvideo.library of CyberGraphX V3. It is automatically enabled if
     VLabTV is opened on a CV64/3D screen. As of now, cgxvideo.library
     supports CV64/3D's video overlay features in 256 colour modes only.
   - added a gauge window to show the progress when saving projects
   - added jpeg saver. Jpeg is the default save format now. New tooltypes
     SAVE_MODE and JPEGQUALITY are available to modify save parameters.

   - VLabTV does not crash anymore when started in monitor pause
     mode and quitted in pause mode

   - new option "scalable window" for all grab projects. You now
     are able to choose between scalable and zoomable windows.
     Two new gadgets have been added for zoomable windows in
     all grab projects when in non scalable mode.
   - channel, scansize, scanposition can now be set seperately
     for preview and scan
   - option window is now split into two pages for monitor and
     scan options
