StartDia is an alternative User Interface for the EGS Piccolo
Card's bundled Dia Picture/Anim viewer. It allows the user to
control Dia and easily change between Screenmodes and Depths.
The user may also simply send Rexx commands & scripts to Dia.
Manual is included in AmigaGuide(tm) format.  It's Shareware,
(Contribution $5) but not in any way crippled. Binary Only.
