Navigator is a virtual reality rendering engine for the Amiga computer. It
allows you to navigate in a computer generated world in realtime. Unlike a
doom engine there are no object or world restrictions and the world can be
viewed from any place at any angle.
The Navigator format (.NAV) can be converted to AutoCAD (.DXF) and VRML
(.WRL) format so that virtual worlds designed with Navigator on the Amiga
can be viewed on other computer platforms.
Applications include:
-architectural walkaround systems
-3D computer games
-flight simulators
-racing games
-virtual art galleries
-prototyping
-3D titling
-music videos
-product presentation
The Navigator Visualiser can be used in the following ways:
-live at your presentation
-to make a video presentation
-to make colour prints
-for design and analysis purposes
This visualiser is freeware. The Navigator world creator has not yet been
released.
