VLab.pss v1.8, 27/10/2002

  VLab.pss is a plugin for ArtEffect which allows you to capture video
  pictures using a VLab Classic or VLab Y/C frame grabber. The monitoring
  capability of the plug-in provides a preview of the incoming video
  signal in color or greyscale mode, and react in real-time to any setting
  changes, including gamma correction, brightness and contrast.

  Although it's intended to support the VLab Classic frame grabber (which
  has only 2 CVBS inputs), I cannot make sure it works as expected because
  the internal implementation of this frame grabber is quite different.

  the source code so that anyone with little programming skills shall be
  able to recompile the plugin.
