This is one of my plugins for ArtEffect2/3+.

UnSharpMask highly optimized implementation of a standard unsharp masking.
It's speed and quality is absolutly comparable to the so called idustrial
standard photoprogram "anyone" uses.
The process of unsharp masking is very known and normally used to sharpen 
a picture with much higher quality than normal simple sharpeners are
providing.

Besides being much better it is also much faster than ArtEffect's own 
sharpener.
