 Programs and files requires to use:

   L:CacheCDFS              (or your favourite CD filesystem)
   DEVS:filedisk.device
   DEVS:DOSDrivers/SimCD0
   DEVS:DOSDrivers/SimCD0.info

   another requirements:

        The ISO-file's name in 'UNIT' line at SimCD0.info
