Purpose
-------
Updates the 'Active' file (eg "UULIB:Active") using the ".next" files put
in each newsgroup directory by most news unbatchers.

Written so that I could continue using PurgeNews after going back to a
batched news system.


Features of note
----------------

o It displays a nice table of the groups, the highest and lowest messages,
  and the total number of messages.
o It uses a nice proportional progress bar to show you what's going on while
  it writes out the new 'Active' file.
o Backs up your old 'Active' file in case something goes wrong.
o It's in ARexx so you can customise it however you want. (I could write it
  in Assembler, but this type of thing is very suited to ARexx, so why
  bother?)
o What the hell else do you want from something like this?...
