TrimNews deletes old news files based on the information found in your
uulib:newsgroups file (or somewhere else) and some arguments on the
command line. It`s a replacement for the original trimnews that comes
with AmigaUUCP and can replace it without further changes.

You may choose between four modes for each newsgroup:
   a) delete all files older than n days
   b) delete only the oldest files if there are more than n files (thus
      limit the number of articles in that area)
   c) a) and b) together
   d) never delete

TrimNews will also remove any newsgroup not listed in uulib:newsgroups
and its contents (if you want).
