NesQWK is an OLR for messages downloaded in the QWK format. It's main
 design criteria have been usability and style - and this is very
 evident in the finished product.

 It supports a full intuition interface, with resizeable and font
 sensitive windows, on-line help, graphical button bar, and is fully
 style-guide compliant.

 o Quick and easy to use - no messing around,
 o Tag-line, header-text and signature support,
 o Ease of skipping between sucessive message bundles.
 o Automatically reformats reply messages to a suitable width, wrapping
   the text and taking quoted lines into consideration.
 o Bundle grabbing feature where downloaded bundles are 'grabbed' and
   renamed into NesQWKs bundle directory. Aids keeping archived mail.
 o User definable startup operations.
 o Installer script that will update old copies, and not destroy
   any existing config.

 This version fixes a long standing memory leak bug an adds support for
 registered user key files. Yes, NesQWK now has registered users!
