GetAddress handles editing of mail header via GUI (gadtools.library).
It is designed to be put to the "elmrc" file instead of CygnusEd
(or any other editor, but some of its features are disabled in such cases).
It tries as much as possible to understand the file produced by
ELM and allows the user to edit the address of recipient, subject of mail
and addresses to send copies to. Body of the mail can be edited in
a text editor and, when finished, header and signature are added
and the result is put back to ELM.
