PortCheck  is  a  utility  for  those of you that have multiple
phone  lines  on  your  BBS's.   PortCheck will check the callers
speed  compare  it  with  the ports that you listed in the config
file,  if  the  caller is logging on a "High" speed port at "Low"
speed  while  your  "Low"  speed port(s) are free then the caller
will have a message displayed to them, and optionally logged off.
