There has been a long standing problem in DLG when you corrected a
messaged.  DLG does not re-append the filenote which is used by PDQMail
(and possible DLGMail) for exporting.  When that filenote is not located,
the mailing software figures that the message did not originate on your
system and does not export the message.

This fix solves this problem through the calling of two Arexx scripts which
remember the filenote and reapply it after msg editing.  The fix will not
be necessary after the release of DLG v2.0 (from what I understand the code
has already been fixed).
