If you are running UUCP with CNet, this util allows you to automatically
bounce any email that has come in for users that do not exist on your
system.

UUBoing scans UUMail: as well as the userfile on your BBS and attempts to
match all mailfiles to people in the userlist;  If it cannot, it returns
the messages to their sender.

Requires CNet Professional v3.0x.
