Users that have a Birthday are greeted with a Birthday Ansi Screen.. 
Saves Who banner and changes to state "It's My Birthday today!!" and 
after birthday is over, Will change Who banner to original state.  
Also has option to see if any other users share your same birthday. 
This Program ONLY shows day & month NOT the year, as to not offend anyone.
