Adds the BBS software the feature of scanning the message conferences.
Will show the number of messages and the number of new messages in all
conferences or the conferences you have joined in a group or the whole
message base. Can also show only the conferences in which there are new
messages, and will produce a summary of all conference groups configured,
when scanning all conferences, if selected. Includes TechMenu code,
installing utility, full source code and documentation in AmigaGuide®
format.
