ExcelPoll v1.3, an Arexx door for the Amiga Excelsior BBS package that
allows users to vote on any subject.

Features include:

- Unlimited topics and voting choices per topic

- One vote per person per topic

- Full editing of topics, including addition/removal of choices

- Seperate access restrictions for topic creation, deletion and editing

- Full IPL text programming

- Emergency shutdown on carrier loss

- External front door which checks for topics user hasn't voted on (for
