Options:
 -o<FN> : specify output file
 -i : print info
 -w : print warnings (and info)
 -r<URL> : root URL of document
 -b : make bibliography
 -cr : generate cross-reference
 -c : check html file
 -s : scan not included files
 -stdout : output to stdout
 -d : print (a lot of) debugging information
