This is a virus detection system, which will detect things which 
make them selves resident, it is added as a filesystem onto the rigid
disk block of your hard disk and so is active even if you don't boot
from your harddisk, as long as the hard disk partition is active.
(e.g. even if you boot from 3.5" disk)

It requires
An Amiga with a RDB compatible hard disk controller (and hard disk :-)

a linker to link it with your existing filesystem (usually fast file system)
e.g. blink, slink etc...

and your existing file system on disk e.g. the fastfilesystem on your install
disk or your 1.3 system disks.
