This is a 100% replacement to the old C= Sort 37.3 command.
Old Sort didn't care about locale sorting due to CLI scripts
compatability reasons. In addition, new Sort was improved
little for 68020+.

You can use free this command if you are legal AmigaOS 3.1
or AmigaOS 3.5 customer.
