Colors 1.0 RC 2
===============

Prints out a color table consisting of all colors on its own row and column.
Each row and column is also labeled with its foreground or background color
pen index. Use CODES to label with the color codes instead. ALL will print
out all attributes in the table.

USAGE: colors [switch]

Switches:
 ALL   - Prints out the color table with all attributes.
 CODES - Labels rows and columns with their color code.
 HELP  - Prints out the help text.
