Opens a Shell window under the mouse pointer.
 
Very handy for "Sun Mouse" (activates the window below the mouse arrow) or
"Sun Key" users (activates the window below the mouse arrow, if a key is
pressed) users. Now you can be sure that the shell you open is under the
mouse pointer, ready to type in.
 
You can install it as a hotkey in eg. ToolManager. Combined with a
"Default PubScreen" feature (frontmost public screen becomes default
public screen) you can have a shell available anywhere.
