ArexxGuide online help for CygnusEd v3.5+

Press a key and the script will search ArexxGuide for the node
corresponding to the word under the cursor and show it on CygnusEd's
public screen (Or another public screen).

In addition to ArexxGuide arx_help.ced will also search any other
crossreference (xref) files that you have installed. So you can also get
online help for other Arexx function libraries or use it as a simple
AutoDoc lookup tool.

Arx_help.ced is also capable of finding function names when they have an
alias. Eg: The functions from rmh.library - if you want help for the alias
"rmh_readargs()" arx_help.ced will display the correct node, "readargs()"

4.1 - Switched to using MiniView as AmigaGuide viewer. As a result
      all nodes now open in the same guide window again. I missed that :-)

      Bugfix: Cancelling string requester no longer displays "result"
      node.

      Updated rmh.xref to match the guide for rmh.library v21.4.

      Code cleanup.

      Note: The Leaveroom option doesn't seem to be working when using 
      WinUAE.
