A shared reentrant Amiga runtime library featuring highly optimized
assembly language versions of the LhArc data compression / decompression
routines.  Compresses faster and more efficiently than any other currently
available implementation of the Lzhuf algorithm.  Two example applications
for data compression/decompression, an interface to the Amiga Oberon
Compiler, and documentation how to use the library in your own programs are
included.
