atop is a "top" for the Amiga: a live system monitor that opens its own
window with five panels: CPU load, CHIP/FAST memory, volumes, network
throughput and the task list.

  * CPU and network are braille-style plots; memory and volumes are
    square meters coloured green/amber/red by usage.
  * The task list shows each task's command name; it can be sorted
    (priority, type, state, name), filtered by name with '/', and a
    selected task can be sent CTRL-C/D/E/F, with a confirm before ^C.
  * The sample period is adjustable from 100 ms to 30 s and is
    remembered between runs.
  * Full mouse support: click headers to sort, rows to select, the
    buttons to signal. Every action also has a key.
  * Run it from a Shell or double-click the icon; either way atop opens
    its own window and closes it when you quit (or click its close
    gadget). Icon tooltypes LEFT/TOP/WIDTH/HEIGHT size that window.

One code path runs everywhere. atop opens and owns a plain Intuition
window and draws everything, text included, with the graphics fill
primitive, so it renders identically on AmigaOS and on AROS/ApolloOS,
in full colour, with no console, no SGR and no OS-dependent sections.

It reads only public system state: Exec task lists, AvailMem, the
DosList, VERTB timing and the network interface counters and patches
or hooks nothing.

Requirements

  * AmigaOS 3.0 or newer, or AROS/ApolloOS. Tested on 3.1, 3.2.3, 3.9
    and ApolloOS (AROS) on the Apollo A6000.
  * A 68020 or better.
  * For the network panel: Roadshow (used automatically), or any other
    stack via a named SANA-II device - see the docs.

See atop.doc for keys, the mouse map, the network device setting and
the full details.
