Neat - another Uselessware product from Amazing Developments.

WHAT IT DOES

Feed it a text file, and it'll reformat it to your specification. It can strip
carriage returns, format to a given number of columns, and centre the text
within the specified width.

It's dead handy for formatting any random signatures you might have lying
around.

This readme was formatted with it, to prove just how great it truly is.

WHY IT'S GREAT

Werl. I wrote it, for a kick off. And it's capable of neatening any size of
file, limited only by the amount of RAM you have. And it's fairly small. And
it's free.

HOW TO USE IT

neat STRIP/S,CENTRE/S,WIDTH/N/K,FILE/A

The STRIP switch tells Neat to remove any carriage returns it locates in the
text, reformatting the lines appropriately. Otherwise it will retain them. It
depends on your preference, really.

The CENTRE switch tells Neat to centre the text of each line within the
available width.

The WIDTH keyword is used to tell Neat how many columns wide the output should
be. By default, this setting is 79 columns.
