S.T.M was written 1) to replace SAY, as it did not have the specifications
I needed. And 2) as a program for other Language programmers like myself.
It allows you to define upto 10 Voices. Uses most, if not all, of the Amiga
speech elements. And has a GUI that has buttons to Speak - I.e You do not
necessarily have to press ENTER after every string entry.
