NumericPad Handler uses the NumericPad Keys for functions. It also serves
the purpose of stopping wear and tear of the cursor keys, for example, by
emulating them. It also emulates the Space Bar and Delete key. The
functions are basic, such as: Stop DF? from clicking, Blank the border,
etc.
