Rand v1.00 - Selects backdrops, blankers, pointers, patterns, etc. Other
uses too. Rand executes a command that contains text randomly chosen from a
file. This text may be a file name, a program name, an argument list, a
sentence, or whatever. Rand is useful for selecting random backdrops,
blankers, patterns, pointers, and other things during boot up. It can also
be put to other uses, such as selecting taglines.
