With FR you can select the file to be used with a command with an
asl file requester. To use it follow the following.

            FR <command>

     example

            FR ed <-will produce a file requester and then when you have selected
                    your file it will execute ed with that file as its argument.
  To use commands with extra arguments simply use "these things".

    ie  FR "lha x"
