NWait is a new Wait command for AmigaDos. I wrote it because the original
Wait command can only handle time in 1 second intervals. NWait lets you enter
ticks instead of seconds 60 ticks (NTSC machines) = 1 second, or 50 ticks
for PAL machines. Entering 30 ticks would give you a 1/2 second delay. This
gives you more control over timing intervals.
