FileComment allows the user to set a file's comment. The difference between
this program and similar ones is this: You can pipe standard input into the
program which will become the comment.

I orginally hacked this together so that I could have a DOpus button to
automagically put a file's version string into the file's comment. The
CShell script I use for this is included in the archive.
