Usage...
-  DefSys <DIR> [WB][KS]
-  causes SYS: and related assigns to be removed and reestablished in <DIR>

The following (old) assigns will be removed...
-  SYS: S: C: L: FONTS: ENVARC: LIBS: DEVS: KEYMAPS: PRINTERS: LOCALE: HELP: REXX:

Option KS causes only the following assigns to be reestablish in <DIR>...
-  SYS: S: C: L: FONTS: ENVARC: LIBS: DEVS:

Option WB (default) causes ALL the removed assigns to be reestablish in <DIR>
-

The following directories will be used for assigns, if they are present in <DIR>...
-  S/ C/ L/ Fonts/ Prefs/Env-Archive/ Libs/ Devs/ Devs/Keymaps/ Devs/Printers/ Locale/ Locale/Help/
