   REQUIREMENTS
        An Amiga 2000 with at least a 1Meg expansion board as the 1st
        board to be configured. And KickFile "KICK.175.20" or later.

   SYNOPSIS
        QuickKick - A tool for the use with 2.0 KickFiles.

   FUNCTION
        Under 1.3
            Load the given ROM image patch it and reboot.

        Under 2.0
            Patch some system vectors & move the Exception Vectors.

   RESULTS
        Under 1.3
            Reboots the machine directly into 2.0

        Under 2.0
            Debug() & ColdReboot() are patched.
            If possible Exception Vectors are moved to FAST RAM (requires 256 bytes).
            And a small amount of memory is lost to a KickTag + program.

   WARNING
        From 1.3 QuickKick can only be run after SetPatch.

   NOTES
        Still does not handle Hard Resets.
        If started from the Workbench just quits.
        May not work with Kickfiles other than KICK.175.20
