o Style conform external preferences editor.
o Localized, font-sensitive user interface.
o Saves preferences to IFF configuration file.


V2.02 is a bugfix release:
o removed a bug that caused failing of QueryOverscan for excluded programs
o removed bugs that caused wrong size in FreeMem()-call when removing PPrefs
  from the editor or from another PPrefs
  (both bugs were reported by Magnus Holmgren)
