          Palette is read from given IFF ILBM or IFF DR2D file.

            values. Just prepare palette with Your favourite paint program
            and voila! 
          - can override IPrefs palette settings (FORCE switch).
          - StyleGuide compliant.
          - works with gfx cards, NOT TESTED!
          - short and fast.
          - parses IFF file with iffparse.library.
