BetterStartup is multi function booting utility. It's written in assembler so
it's short and fast. BetterStartup features:

Booting menu    - opens everytime or only if LMB pressed; offers Choices and
                  Options; lets user run more than one command from one
                  Choice/Option; very nice screen mode and font sensitive GUI
                  etc.
OnePromote      - screen promoting utility with exceptions in under 800 bytes
OneAssign       - Assign replacement with some enhancements
OneFont         - for people that don't like topaz.font
OneReq          - memory saving util for fans of RTPatch and ReqChange
