Latin2TeX  is  a  very  simple  program  to  map the ECMA-94 Latin1 8-bit
  extended  character  set  used  by  the Amiga to TeX commands.  If you have
  texts  with  accents written on the Amiga (CygnusEd, ProWrite, Professional
  Page,  and  most other word processors), you can easily map them to TeX for
  high  quality  printing.  This is version 1.0, and includes portable source
