Quick and dirty arexx script to convert accentuation to HTML entities
 (with 8859-1 charset also known as ISO-Latin 1 charset)...


 Tested with : o A4060      -  WB 3.1 + Scalos
               o Pegasos/G3 -  MorphOS 1.3


 This script require :    CygnusEd Professionnal V4.20 (AmigaOs 3.x)
                       or CygnusEd Professionnal V4.21 (MorphOS 1.x)


 Installation :
 --------------

 Unpack the script in your Rexx: (or S:) directory. 

 Check RexxMast is running (located in Wbstartup drawer or called via
 user-startup or startup-sequence).

 Under Ced, install the script with menu "Special", "DOS/Arexx interface",
 "Install DOS/Arexx command". Then type the command number (1 for F1, 2
 for F2,  etc..) and the full path "rexx:htmlaccents.ced" (for example) in
 the requester 'Enter Arexx/Dos Command'.

 Save this settings with menu 'Save DOS/Arexx commands...'.

 Simply type the Fx key you choose (F1, F2, etc..) to run this script and to
 convert accentuation to their HTML entities.
