With this tool you can join two different mono samples in 8SVX-Format into a 
stereo one in 8SVX-CHAN-Format. This is for people who don't own a stereo 
sampling program or are unable to create stereo samples because they have e.g. not 
enough memory or something else.

It is provided as FreeWare. There are two version included, a CLI- and a simple MUI-
Version, both needs at least OS2.0 or higher and 512 KByte or more RAM.
For the MUI-Version you need MUI3.x or higher. Installerscript is included, but
Installer program is not included.
