Draw box on FFT plot, set +/-dB, filter.
  Filter2 does a FFT on a sound sample,
and then allows you to drag a box around
an area and specify the dB decrease or
increase desired for that area. Snaps,
hiss, and pops in looped samples are
trivial to eliminate with this tool.
